Machine Service Terms & Conditions

Ronkita, LLC (A/K/A "Ronkita", "We", "Us", "Our", or the "Company") provides machine service to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Ronkita to diagnose or service your sewing machine or serger, and you accept these Terms and Conditions as an agreement between you (referred to as "you", "your" or "user" hereinafter) and Ronkita.

Diagnostic and Drop-off

An appointment and payment of the non-refundable diagnostic fee are required for machine service. Diagnostic appointments can be rescheduled without charge if you contact Ronkita at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. The diagnostic fee will not be refunded if you fail to appear for your appointment, and a new appointment and payment of the diagnostic fee must be setup using the online system in order to proceed with machine service.

Additional Service

The diagnostic payment covers the diagnostic only. Ronkita will contact you for your approval before proceeding with service that exceeds the full-service costs or previously agreed costs, or before ordering parts. In some cases, a deposit may be required before proceeding with additional service or ordering parts. You will only be charged for services rendered and not charged the additional service fees if the issue with the machine can't be fixed.

Service Payment and Pickup

Ronkita will contact you when your machine service is complete, coordinate a time for you to pickup your machine and send you an invoice for payment. Pickup options will be at the same locations and times that the machine diagnostic/drop-off is available. Complete payment must be made by the invoice due date, otherwise the pickup appointment will be automatically canceled and will need to be rescheduled. After the pickup date and time are confirmed, you must contact Ronkita at least 24 hours prior to the pickup date if you need to reschedule the appointment. Failure to pickup your machine at the agreed appointment will incur a $10 fee per missed appointment, and this fee must be paid before a new pickup appointment will be coordinated. Machines that aren't picked up 30 days from the appointment pickup date, and you have not contacted Ronkita to make alternate arrangements, will become the property of Ronkita and will be sold or donated at Our discretion.

Limited Warranty

A 30-day warranty is offered from the date you pickup your machine on service and repairs related to the issue that the machine was brought in for. If the same problem returns within 30 days after you pickup your machine, contact Ronkita to coordinate a review of your machine. Ronkita does not warranty any parts that are used for service or repairs.

Refunds & Returns

All services rendered by Ronkita are provided on a non-refundable basis.
